Byrne Creek Housing Co-op
Window replacement project with SPL (Sunrise Projects Limited)

First Steps
Upon the removal of an aged window or slider, thereby exposing the opening, it is frequently observed that rot has developed. Prior to the installation of a new window, our procedure involves conducting the necessary repairs to eliminate and avert further structural damage to the edifice.
Installation
Upon completion of all rot repairs, we proceed with the window detailing process, utilizing a high-quality waterproofing membrane to ensure optimal protection and durability, then install the new window.
Final Touches
Following the installation of the new window, we finalize the procedure by incorporating new 24 gauge flashings, 3/4" x 2" pressure-treated strapping, James Hardie fiber cement trims, and high-quality sealants to ensure a robust and durable finish.
